Fully Hosted Packages
Sometimes picking and choosing services is fine. Sometimes just the merch is enough. But sometimes you want it all handled in one place, one system, one point of contact. That's what fully hosted packages are for: artists, bands, and brands who want their merch handled entirely within one system, not split across five different vendors.
Illustration, garment sourcing, printing, hosting, fulfillment, and customer care all move through the same studio.
Bring your audience, we'll give you everything you need to host a successful drop. You focus on your work, we handle the fulfillment and the customer care.

What's Included
Every hosted package runs through the same in-studio process:
- Collection design and artwork development
- Garment selection
- In-house screen printing and finishing
- Professional product photography, both lay flat and on body
- Web hosting and product page setup
- Structured preorder campaign management or extended hosting
- Order processing and fulfillment
- Customer service and after-sales support
- Inventory tracking when applicable
- Simple reorders
- Visibility through Humbles™ studio channels, including Mumbles™
Nothing gets outsourced, and nothing falls into the gap between design and delivery.

Two Hosting Structures
1. Preorder Campaigns
Made for one-and-done releases. A preorder campaign runs within a set window: orders come in first, then we produce and fulfill them through the studio. This gets you:
- Accurate production quantities
- Lower upfront inventory risk
- Clear timelines
- A clean, contained campaign
Once it's fulfilled, the project closes unless you want to extend it. Works well for tour merch, album releases, limited drops, and capsule collaborations.

2. Extended Hosted Collections
For merch you want available long-term. After the initial release, inventory stays active in the hosted system, and reorders get planned instead of scrambled together. This gets you:
- Merch that stays available beyond a single drop
- Inventory tracking inside the studio system
- Easier repeat runs without rebuilding the setup from scratch
- Long-term presentation and consistency
The scope is different, the level of care isn't.

Customer Service and Fulfillment
Hosted packages come with full backend support. We handle:
- Order inquiries
- Shipping questions
- Address corrections
- Lost or delayed packages
- Size concerns
- Fraud and spam issues
You don't manage the inbox or troubleshoot logistics, that's on us.

Product Photography
Photography is included with fully hosted packages, and it's also available on its own if you just need that piece. All of it is shot in-house, in the studio: clean lay flats for product detail, and on-body images that show how the garment wears and moves. The goal is the same look and consistency across product pages, newsletters, and anything you use it for down the road.

Is This the Right Fit?
Even at the cheapest third party fulfillment rates, the costs are real: per order fees, monthly storage per SKU, return charges, and that's before packaging or custom inserts. Inventory that isn't moving still gets billed. On a modest run, those fees eat straight into the margin the run was supposed to protect.
Preorder campaigns skip storage fees entirely. Orders come in first, we make what's needed to match demand, and fulfill through the studio, nothing sits around costing you money.
If you want ongoing availability instead, extended hosting keeps inventory active in the studio system. Storage gets billed monthly per item, with the terms spelled out in the hosted agreement upfront.
Every cost is already accounted for in the package, no surprise line items. After fulfillment, you get either a payout or a credit toward the next run. Doing it all under one roof is also what keeps the price point realistic, no markup stacked on markup from outside vendors, so there's still room for you to turn a profit.

Fully hosted packages work best if you:
- Want your merch handled by people who do this for a living
- Would rather focus on your work than manage logistics
- Care about consistency and how the finished product presents
- Want a system you can repeat instead of scrambling every time
- Like the extra visibility from being featured on Humbles™ studio channels
If merch matters to your brand and you don't want to run your own fulfillment operation, this is exactly what it's for.
