Order Processing Times

Preordered Items of Tangible Goods:

Made by hand and can take several weeks to receive.
Orders containing both preorder and ready-to-ship items will ship together when preorder items are ready.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within three business days.

Returns for Store Credit: Tangible items may be returned for store credit within 5 business days of delivery, provided they are unworn and complete.
Store Credit Issuance: Credit will be issued after inspection. Customers must purchase desired items with the issued credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Seasonal sale items and initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Preorder Items: Typically ship 2-3 weeks after the preorder period ends.
Cancellation: Preorders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this period, items can be exchanged for store credit.

All clothing is hand-dyed and hand-screened, resulting in unique color variations and imperfections. To extend the life of your garment:

Creative Bundles are licensed for use as specified. They cannot be altered, resold, or redistributed without prior written approval.
Non-exclusive licensing applies unless an exclusive buyout is purchased. For detailed terms, please refer to our Licensing Agreement.
