Order Processing Times:

Preordered Items: Made by hand and can take several weeks to receive. Ready-to-ship items ship within three business days. Orders containing both preordered and ready-to-ship items will be shipped together when the preorder items are ready.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within three business days.

Sizing Information:

Clothing fits true to size. If in doubt, size up. A fit guide is available on all product listings and under the main menu.

Return Policy:

Returns for Store Credit: If you’re not satisfied, you may return items for store credit. Returns must be made within 5 business days of delivery and items must be unworn and complete.
Store Credit Issuance: Once items are inspected, store credit will be issued. If exchanging, you must purchase the desired item with the issued store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Seasonal sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping expenses.

Damage During Transit:

Humbles™️ is not responsible for loss or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days at sales@humblesbrand.com

Shipping Details:

Preorder Items: Typically take 2-3 weeks to ship after the preorder period ends.
Cancellation: Preorders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this period, items can be exchanged for store credit.

Care Instructions:

All clothing is hand-dyed and hand-screened, resulting in unique color variations and imperfections. Wash with love: hand wash in cold water and hang dry to extend the life of your garment.
