SECTION 1: RETAIL STORE TERMS
1.1 General Information
By accessing or using the Humbles™ Online Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.2 Product Information
Each product is made with care and often by hand. Variations may occur and are part of the design's uniqueness.
1.3 Pricing & Payments
* All prices are in USD and may change without notice.
* Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay.
* Taxes and shipping calculated at checkout.
1.4 Shipping & Delivery
* Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 3 business days.
* Preordered Garments: Ship 2–3 weeks after preorder ends.
* Combined orders ship when all items are ready.
* We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses.
1.5 Returns & Cancellations
* All sales are final.
* We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items.
* Preorders may be canceled within 30 minutes of ordering. After that, all sales are final.
* Seasonal sale items, collaborations, and original shipping costs are non-returnable.
1.6 Care Instructions
* Hand wash in cold water.
* Hang dry only.
* Slight imperfections and color variations are intentional and part of the hand-dyed process.
1.7 Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that production timelines, hand-finished variation, sizing issues, or personal preference are not valid reasons for initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Humbles™ reserves the right to contest disputes with order records, fulfillment documentation, and proof of agreed terms.
1.8 Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and visuals on the site are the property of Humbles™. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use or site access.
1.10 Governing Law
New Jersey law governs this agreement.

SECTION 2: FORCE MAJEURE
Humbles™ is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including supply chain disruptions, material shortages, natural disasters, illness, power outages, or governmental action. Humbles™ will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible and resume performance when circumstances allow.
SECTION 3: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from a transaction with Humbles™ shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of New Jersey before any legal action is pursued.
Final Notes
Humbles™ reserves the right to refuse or terminate any transaction if it conflicts with our values of inclusivity, integrity, and creative expression.
