Studio Sessions is a new series by Humbles™ that shines a light on artists working from their own spaces. Whether it is a basement print shop, a bedroom studio, a garage full of canvases, or a corner of a kitchen table, this is where creativity happens.

We believe these spaces tell stories as important as the art itself.

What is Studio Sessions

Studio Sessions is a filmed series that documents and celebrates makers who create from home studios across the Northeast (for now). Each episode features an artist in their own space, being interviewed and showcasing their process. It is about more than the finished work. It is about the story of where and how it is made.

Who We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking artists of all kinds for Season 001. Painters, printers, musicians, kitchen scratchers, writers, builders, and beyond. To apply you must have a home studio of any size or setup. You must create your own original art. You must be located in the Northeast United States. You should be open to sharing your process and story with a wider audience.

How to Apply

Applying is simple. Fill out the application form here. Tell us about you and your work. Provide a link to your Instagram or website so we can see your art. We want to have a well rounded assortment of artists and makers. We will review all submissions and be in touch if your story is a fit for the series or not.
