Spinners Long Sleeve

Each Spinners Long Sleeve is a collaboration between Strangers Stopping Strangers and Humbles™, created in 2026. Printed by hand at the Humbles™ studio in Trenton, NJ on a long sleeve base, each garment is finished with a custom purple, gray, and yellow dot dye. The Spinners graphic appears on the front using Humbles™’ hand-drawn iconography. Additional placements extend the composition across the garment, allowing the dye pattern to interact with the artwork rather than sit behind it. Each shirt is dyed and printed individually. Variations in dot placement, color density, and tone are part of the process. No two are the same. Produced as a limited run for live shows and small venues. Sold out and archived.

About the Process

Each garment begins with a hand-dyed dot pattern using purple, gray, and yellow. The placement and density shift across each piece. Once dyed, the shirts are screen printed by hand using Humbles™’ layout approach. The additional placements are designed to work with the dye rather than sit on top of it. All work is done in-house at the Humbles™ studio.
