Welcome to your Humbles™ project timeline! We believe you don’t need to be a designer to work with us. Our process is simple, fun, and creative—you just pick the ideas you love, and we’ll handle the rest! Let’s walk you through what to expect.

Step 1: Inquiry Submission

Congratulations, you’ve taken the first step! Your inquiry has been received, and our team is already reviewing your project. If we need more information to get started, we’ll reach out to you.

Step 2: Review & Proposal

Timeline: 1–3 Business Days

Our team will review your project details and craft a personalized proposal. You’ll receive:

• A tailored project proposal
• A contract with clear terms
• An invoice for the deposit to secure your spot

If we need additional details, we’ll reach out. The faster you respond, the sooner we can move forward!

Step 3: Contract & Deposit

Timeline: 1–2 Business Days

To officially begin your project, we’ll need:

• A signed contract
• A non-refundable deposit of $400 for single designs
• For larger projects, additional fees may apply based on the scope

If your project includes apparel, we’ll finalize quantities and confirm preferences during this phase.

Step 4: Design Phase

Timeline: 7–14 Business Days

Now comes the fun part—designing! Based on your ideas, we’ll create custom designs that fit your vision:

• Initial concepts delivered within 7–14 business days (depending on project size)
• Two rounds of revisions included

To keep things moving, please provide clear feedback within 2–3 business days of receiving drafts.

Step 5: Approval & Production

Timeline: 10–15 Business Days

Once you approve the designs:

• Design-only projects: Any additional fees invoiced before final files are delivered
• Apparel projects: Payment for production and additional fees required post-approval

A clear in-hand date for apparel orders will be provided within 2–3 business days of design approval.

Step 6: Final Payment & Delivery

Timeline: 1–2 Business Days

After final payment:

• Design-only projects: Files delivered digitally in formats like .AI, .EPS, and .PNG
• Apparel projects: Items shipped directly after production is complete

Additional requests (e.g., file resends or edits) will be billed hourly with a 1-hour minimum.

Step 7: Post-Project Support

Even after your project is complete, we’re here to help! If you have questions or concerns, contact us within 5 business days. Keep in mind:

• Billable hours may apply for additional support
• Designs use Humbles™’ signature vector art style
• Custom illustrations will be added to the Humbles™ vector bank as non-exclusive assets, unless you opt for an exclusive license buyout
