1. How do I use the Humbles™ Creative Bundles I just bought?

2. What does the Humbles™ license allow me to do?

You can use our vector art for:

  • Personal or commercial projects, including merchandise, branding, and promotions.
  • Modifying designs to suit your needs.
  • Distributing up to 1,000 digital or print instances. For larger-scale usage, additional licensing is required. Contact Us for an extended commercial license.

3. What is NOT allowed under the license?

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing vector art as standalone files.
  • Using vector art in ways that compete with Humbles™ (e.g., selling templates).
  • Embedding editable versions in publicly accessible formats.
  • Using vector art for illegal, obscene, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Are there refunds if I change my mind?

No refunds. All Sales Are Final.

5. What happens if I violate the licensing terms?

If you breach the agreement:

  • Your license will be immediately revoked.
  • Fines of up to 3x the original licensing fee or greater may apply.
  • Your Humbles™ account may be suspended or permanently revoked.
  • Humbles™ may pursue legal action, including claims for damages and recovery of attorney fees.

6. Can I embed vector art in digital files like PDFs or presentations?

Yes, as long as the art is:

  • Flattened or rasterized to prevent extraction.
  • Distributed within the 1,000-instance limit (extended licenses available for larger use).

7. Can I share vector art with service providers (e.g., printers)?

Yes, but only for project-specific use. Providers must delete the files after the project is completed.

8. Can I use the same vector art for multiple clients?

Yes, under the standard license, you may use vector art for multiple clients, provided each client’s usage does not exceed 1,000 instances. If you intend to reuse the vector art across clients frequently or exceed this limit, an extended license is required.

9. What if I need custom designs?

  • Custom designs are licensed on a non-exclusive basis by default.
  • Exclusive rights can be purchased via a buyout. Contact us for pricing.
  • Non-exclusive designs may be added to the Humbles™ Vector Bank for community use.

10. Can I use vector art for resale or high-volume projects?

Yes, but you’ll need an extended license for:

  • High-volume use (over 1,000 instances).
  • Products explicitly made for resale (e.g., t-shirts, mugs).
